Globus fra Jakobsgården is an outstanding 4-gaited stallion by Jarl frá Miðkrika and out of Frigg frá Flugumýri.
He is well-built and tall (151) with long, elegant legs (9 for proportions) and lots of mane and tail! He takes really long strides in all gaits and his fast tölt in particular is in a class of its own (9.5). He moves with long, supple strides and extravagant action in all gaits - a really lovely 4-gaited stallion! What is more,  he has a super character, and is never stressed. 
Globus was in the Norwegian team of breeding horses shown at the World Championships in Austria in 2011 and got a good result of 8,48 in total with 8,59 for conformation and 8,40 for rideability. He was the highest judged 4-gaited horse in the entire championships!.

Globus has done well in sport competitions this year (2012), winning the local club championships and Mid-Norwegian Championships in V.1, T.1 and 4-gait combination. He has received several marks of  8.50 and 9.0 for his fast tölt and he is still developing in his career as a sport horse. Stian and Globus rounded off a successful season by becoming Nordic Champions in V.1, while taking the silver in  T.1 and the bronze in the 4-gait combination.

2013 has begun very well with a 2nd place in tölt at the Worldtølt i Odense this winter, and Globus achieved a personal best by breaking the 8.00 barrier in tölt during the Mid-Norwegian Championships in Tresfjord in May.
